AI VOICE AGENTS
Voice agents connected to real actions.
I build and troubleshoot voice-assistant workflows that collect the right details and connect the call to scheduling, records or a human handoff. The conversation and the system behind it need to work together.

COMMON PROBLEMS
Where the workflow gets stuck.
- The assistant sounds fine but cannot complete a booking.
- Missing or duplicate patient details break the workflow.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and urgent calls need different handling.
WHAT I CAN DO
Make the process dependable.
- Map call goals, prompts and handoff rules.
- Connect voice tools to n8n, scheduling and CRM APIs.
- Validate details and handle exceptions before an action.
- Test real conversations and the actions they trigger.
FROM A REAL PROJECT
See how this works in practice.
For a dental receptionist, I developed the Sarah assistant prompt and connected Vapi, n8n and Dentally for patient handling and appointment actions.

We can review what you already have, agree on the specific action to automate, and test it against normal and exception cases before handover.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin
Can the voice assistant book an appointment?
It can when the scheduling system provides the appropriate action. The workflow must check patient details, time availability and error responses before confirming a booking.
What if the caller needs a person?
The prompt and workflow should have clear handoff conditions, especially when an issue is urgent or the system cannot complete the requested action.
